Shipping and Delivery Policy
We deliver products Australia Wide. For standard delivery we use Australia Post and the delivery costs are calculated by weight as below:
50g – 500g ~ AU $6.50
501g – 1kg ~ AU $10.50
1.01kg – 2kg ~ AU $14.50
3kg Plus ~ please contact us for rates as they vary greatly according to destination
We do NOT ship outside of Australia.
If for any reason we are not able to fulfil your order you will be notified by phone within 48 hours of placing your order to organise an alternative arrangement such as another item, another delivery time frame or a refund.
Parcel postage prices are calculated on three factors: the size and weight of your parcel, the distance it has to travel, and how soon you would like it to arrive at its destination.
